Refund Policy

All Unscouted products are digital downloads, delivered instantly after purchase. Because the files can’t be returned once downloaded, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

When we will help

• A file won’t open, is damaged or is missing from your download: we’ll send a working copy.
• You were charged twice for the same product: we’ll refund the duplicate.
• You bought a single product and then the bundle that includes it within 7 days: get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

Email hello@unscoutedfootball.com with your order number and we’ll reply within 2 working days. This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
